About AI training and why this work matters

AI systems learn from examples prepared and reviewed by people. For speech technologies, humans transcribe and label audio so models learn to understand and generate natural language.

This kind of work is often fully remote, flexible, and accessible to people with strong language skills and attention to detail. Contributors directly shape how voice assistants, transcription tools, and other speech-enabled products perform.

The role

You will listen to Spanish audio recordings and produce accurate text transcriptions while following project labeling guidelines. The role focuses on identifying target words, assessing audio quality, and handling pronunciation variations and minor mispronunciations.

This is an entry-level, part-time contractor role with remote work. Total weekly commitment will remain under 20 hours.
