About AI training (what this work is)
AI training — also called data labeling, annotation, or human feedback work — is the human side of building intelligent systems. People prepare, review, and rate examples that help models learn: transcribing audio, labeling images, or evaluating model responses.
This role focuses on evaluating and improving model outputs in Arabic and English. Your work will directly shape how models reason, explain solutions, and produce clear, accurate bilingual content for real-world use.
