The Role
We are hiring Creative Web UI Designers to design visually compelling interfaces and implement them end-to-end using modern no-code platforms. The primary focus is creating high-converting landing pages and brand storefronts that communicate strong brand identity and perform commercially.
This is a hands-on design and implementation role: you will design, build, optimize, and launch pages. There is no backend development or research-heavy UX work required.
What You'll Do
- Design web interfaces and landing pages that reflect brand identity and marketing goals.
- Build and deploy sites and landing pages using no-code platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress.
- Optimize layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for conversions and readability.
- Iterate on designs based on performance and commercial effectiveness.
- Perform hands-on image or text annotation, evaluation, or rubric-based QA as part of quality control processes.
Requirements
This position requires proven hands-on experience both in UI design and in annotation/evaluation tasks. Candidates must provide a strong portfolio with live website links.
- Hands-on text annotation, evaluation, or rubric-based QA experience (required).
- Hands-on image annotation or review experience (required).
- Experience with no-code platforms (Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.).
- Demonstrated UI design skills and a strong portfolio with live site links (required).
- Knowledge of layout and typography principles.
- Experience deploying web pages end-to-end.
- Familiarity with ecommerce and digital brand design subject matter.
- Experience level: Intermediate.
- Time commitment: Less than 20 hours per week.
- Employment type: Contractor / Part-time.
- Pay: Hourly, USD; typical listed rate $20/hr (range $10–$25/hr).
