What you'll do
Deliver clean, documented data flows and visualizations that answer business questions and support decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into metrics and iteratively refine dashboards based on feedback.
- Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
- Clean, transform, and validate datasets using Python (pandas, numpy).
- Design and implement interactive visualizations with Plotly; build dashboards with Dash (preferred).
- Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and clarity.
- Document pipelines, data models, tests, and dashboard usage.
- Collaborate to translate business questions into clear metrics and visuals.
Qualifications
You must have demonstrable skills and hands-on experience with the core tools and practices listed below. All items reflect required or preferred qualifications for the role and will be used to evaluate fit.
- Strong Python for data analysis, including pandas and numpy (required).
- Visualization expertise with matplotlib, seaborn, and plotly (required).
- Hands-on experience building dashboards with Dash (preferred).
- Experience with data pipelines / ETL design and maintenance (required).
- Solid SQL for data extraction and transformation (required).
- Understanding of data modeling and data quality / validation practices (required).
- Familiarity with Git/version control and basic testing practices for data code (required).
- Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
