Why AI Training Work Matters

AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human side of building intelligent systems. People prepare and review examples that models learn from — transcribing speech, labeling audio, rating model responses, and more.

This work is often remote, accessible to beginners, and can be flexible around other commitments. Contributors directly influence how speech and language systems understand real-world usage.

Role Overview

We are seeking Dutch speakers for a speech annotation project. This is an entry-level, contract role open worldwide. You will analyze short audio clips and label them according to clear instructions.

Work uses internal proprietary tooling; full training on the tool and the task instructions will be provided. The project focuses on audio data with classification and segmentation labeling tasks.

  • Language needed: Dutch (fluent listening/reading).
  • Data type: Audio (short clips).
  • Label types: Classification and segmentation.
  • Employment: Contractor, remote, worldwide.

What You'll Do

You will listen to short audio clips, identify specified speech elements, and apply labels exactly as instructed. Examples of work tasks include marking segments, assigning class labels, and following quality guidelines provided during training.

  • Analyze and label short Dutch audio clips for speech elements.
  • Apply classification labels to whole clips or segments as specified.
  • Mark precise time segments when segmentation is required.
  • Follow project instructions and quality rules supplied during training.

  • Comfort working as a contract contributor on a remote audio labeling project.
  • Willingness to complete the provided training and follow quality feedback.

How It Works
