About AI Training Work
AI training (aka data labeling or human feedback) is the human work that teaches models how to understand and reason — including legal reasoning. Legal experts improve model outputs by annotating documents, rating responses, and writing clear guidance.
Contributors work remotely and often on flexible schedules. Specialist legal projects are high-impact: your annotations and written feedback directly shape how models interpret contracts, compliance rules, and regulatory scenarios.
