About OpenTrain

OpenTrain is the central job board for AI training and data-labeling work. We aggregate opportunities across many AI companies and labeling platforms so you can find voice, speech, and annotation gigs in one place.

Creating an OpenTrain account is free and applying takes only a few minutes. This listing is for a contract role managed through the platform.

Why AI Voice Work Matters

AI systems that speak and understand spoken language rely on high-quality human-collected voice data. Your recordings help models learn clear pronunciation, natural intonation, and robust speech recognition.

This kind of work is remote, accessible to many performers with the right equipment, and gives contributors a direct role shaping real-world voice technology.

The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking native Dutch voice actors with professional or high-quality prosumer recording setups to contribute scripted speech for a structured speech data collection project.

You will record solo scripted Dutch dialogue with an emphasis on natural delivery, consistent microphone technique, and production-ready raw audio captured on the first pass.

What You'll Do

Perform scripted Dutch lines on-platform according to timing, clarity, and articulation guidelines. No post-processing is allowed; deliver clean raw audio.

Maintain consistent tone, pacing, and mic placement across takes and sessions to meet the project's technical thresholds.

  • Record scripted Dutch dialogue (solo recording) using the platform's internal tooling.
  • Deliver production-ready raw audio with minimal retakes.
  • Follow provided guidelines for timing, clarity, and articulation.
  • Keep consistent gain and microphone positioning across recordings.
