About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling, annotation, or human feedback) is the human work that teaches models how to behave. Tasks include crafting prompts, reviewing model outputs, annotating text, and evaluating reasoning — all of which directly shape model accuracy, safety, and usefulness.
The Role
You will work as a No-Code Automation Specialist building, testing, and refining workflow automations using platforms such as Zapier and Make.com. The role combines practical automation engineering with AI evaluation: you will generate prompts for AI about triggers, actions, multi-step workflows, filters, branching logic and integrations, then review and improve AI outputs for real-world business use.
