About AI training work
AI training (also called data labeling, annotation, or human feedback) is the human side of building modern AI: people prepare, evaluate, and correct examples that models learn from.
This work is often remote and flexible, accessible without specialty credentials for many projects, and directly shapes how AI systems respond and behave.
- Common tasks include rating model outputs, tagging text, transcribing, and correcting labels.
- Projects may include reviewing sensitive content related to safety and require careful, consistent judgment.
The role
We are hiring Portuguese QA Annotators to review and score Portuguese-language data and generative AI outputs for quality, correctness, and guideline alignment.
This is project-based contract work (contractor, part-time) with flexible hours and a typical commitment of less than 20 hours per week. Pay is $15 USD per hour.
- Data type: text. Label types: evaluation/rating and text generation review.
- Labeling software: other web-based tools (you will use the project’s review interface).
What you'll do
You will audit completed labels and AI outputs, correct errors, and ensure work follows detailed guidelines and rubrics. You will also write concise reviewer notes and recommend workflow or guideline improvements.
