About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human effort that teaches models how to write, reason, and produce correct code and outputs. Projects commonly involve writing examples, reviewing model answers, and correcting or producing code to form high-quality training data.
This role focuses on programming-related training: you will directly shape how models generate and fix Ruby code, improving their accuracy and usefulness.
The Role
We are hiring experienced Ruby developers for a long-term AI/LLM training project. The engagement runs 6 or more months and offers flexible, remote work.
This is a contractor, part-time opportunity with an hourly rate of $7 USD; expected weekly commitment is between 20 and 40 hours, and applicants should be prepared to commit 25–40 hours per week over the 6-month period.
- Position: Ruby developer focused on AI training and dataset creation.
- Duration: Long-term — 6+ months.
- Hours: Flexible, remote; 20–40 hours/week (ability to commit 25–40 hrs/week expected).
- Pay: $7 per hour (USD).
- Employment type: Contractor, Part-time, Worldwide.
