The Role

What you'll do

Follow clear guidelines to produce accurate, high-quality annotations for speech data. Tasks focus on transcription and segment-level labeling rather than technical development.

• Transcribe Sindhi audio recordings verbatim when required.
• Label speech segments for classification and segmentation tasks.
• Follow project-specific annotation guidelines and quality standards.
• Record task progress and simple notes using Google Sheets for tracking.
• Work within the project's internal proprietary annotation tooling.

Requirements

You must meet the essential requirements below. No prior annotation experience is needed; training will be provided.

• Native fluency in Sindhi (required).
• Able and reliable to work 3–5 hours per day, totaling 20+ hours per week.
• Basic understanding of Google Sheets for task tracking.
• Comfort following written guidelines and producing consistent, accurate work.
