The Role
We are looking for native or fluent Singlish speakers with strong English writing and editing abilities to help train an AI chatbot. You'll evaluate, edit, and create short text responses so the model speaks naturally and appropriately in Singlish.

What You'll Do
Tasks combine text generation (improving or writing responses) and evaluation (rating AI outputs) to ensure accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness in Singlish.
- Write and edit short chatbot responses so they read naturally in Singlish.
- Rate AI-generated replies for accuracy, fluency, tone, and cultural fit (evaluation and feedback).
- Correct or improve model outputs while preserving intended meaning and clarity.
- Provide clear, structured feedback so developers can refine model behavior.
Requirements
You must meet all of the following to be eligible for this project.
- Fluent in Singlish (written and spoken) with a solid grasp of its grammar, vocabulary, and particles like "lah", "leh", and "hor".
- Native resident of Singapore — born, raised, educated, and currently residing in Singapore.
- Ability to distinguish Singlish from standard English and apply appropriate usage.
- Strong English writing and comprehension skills to assess and refine AI-generated responses.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide clear, well-structured feedback.
