About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human effort that helps models learn. For coding-focused projects this means writing, reviewing, and correcting code examples so models produce accurate and reliable outputs.
Contributors shape model behavior by producing clear training examples, debugging model outputs, and checking that AI-generated code meets expected standards.
- Human-created examples and reviews teach AI models to write and fix code
- Work is often remote and flexible, with tasks completed on your schedule
The Role
We are seeking TypeScript developers to join an ongoing LLM/AI training project as part-time contractors. This is a long-term engagement of 6 months or more, with a weekly commitment of 20–40 hours and flexible hours.
You will produce short TypeScript programs and snippets from prompts, debug AI-generated TypeScript, and assemble high-quality training datasets that help improve model outputs. After you submit your proposal, you will receive a TypeScript coding assessment to complete.
- Work type: Contract, part-time
- Duration: 6+ months
- Weekly commitment: 20–40 hours
- Location: Remote — open to applicants worldwide

- Debug and correct AI-generated TypeScript code
- Create accurate training datasets and labeled examples for models
- Refine and optimize TypeScript for clarity, correctness, and style

Who Should Apply
Apply if you are an experienced TypeScript developer who enjoys concise coding tasks, debugging, and helping models learn correct patterns. This role suits people who prefer flexible remote contract work and can reliably meet weekly hour commitments.
The posting lists experience level as Entry level in the job metadata, but the role requires at least 2 years of professional TypeScript experience and a relevant degree as described above.
