About AI Training Work

AI training—also called data labeling or annotation—is the human effort that teaches AI models how to understand and produce speech. People create, record, and review examples that models learn from, making systems more accurate, natural, and safe.

For this project you'll contribute recorded speech examples used to train and evaluate speech recognition and text-to-speech systems.

The Role

You will record high-quality audio samples guided by provided scripts and scenarios. Recordings must follow pronunciation, tone, and clarity guidelines so they can be used as training data for AI speech systems.

This is a contract position paid per hour at $30 USD. Work uses the project's internal proprietary tooling to upload files and track tasks.

  • Status: Contractor

What You'll Do

Follow provided scripts and scenario prompts to deliver clear, natural recordings. Focus on correct pronunciation, appropriate tone, and consistent pacing as specified in the guidelines.

Submit recordings through the project's internal tooling and follow any naming, file-format, and quality-control instructions included with tasks.
